Prashanta was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Fiji in April 2024.
She joined Mitchell Keil in March 2025 as a Solicitor. Prior to this Prashanta had short stints with two other law firm’s in Suva practicing civil, criminal and family law.
At Mitchell Keil Prashanta focuses exclusively on commercial law. Her practice areas include banking law, advisory, debt recovery & creditor’s remedies, real estate conveyance and due diligence.
Prashanta is presently pursuing her LLM programme.
She is a member of the Fiji Law Society.
