Fiji does not have any provisions for registration of designs.
Under the United Kingdom Designs (Protection) Act all UK registered designs extend to Fiji. There are no formal requirements to register UK registered designs in Fiji, however, in practice they are advertised in Fiji for purposes of notification only. In practice, UK designs are advertised in Fiji so that the public has notice of the existence of the UK design registration. There are no other formal requirements.
